Code of Conduct

Glitchathon is all about creativity, chaos, and community—but in a way that stays fun, safe, and welcoming for everyone involved. While the event encourages wild ideas, bizarre interfaces, and out-of-the-box experimentation, all participants are expected to stay respectful and inclusive. By entering Glitchathon, you agree to follow the "Code of Conduct" below at all times

Be
Respectful

  • Treat all participants, mentors, and organizers with respect.

  • No bullying, harassment, discrimination, or rude behaviour.

  • Use appropriate language everywhere.

Keep It Appropriate

  • All projects must be school-safe.

  • No inappropriate, hateful, violent, or harmful content.

  • No shock content or intentionally frightening material.

Stay
Original

  • Build your own project.

  • Using libraries / tools is fine, but copying full projects is not.

  • Credit any external inspirations or assets.

Respect the Event Rules

  • Submit your project on time.

  • Follow the event theme and guidelines.

  • Do not sabotage others, cheat, or break the platform.
