2. Right to Modify Rules: Organisers can amend, modify, add, or remove any part of the rules, eligibility, judging criteria, or prize structure at any time.

3. Eligibility & Disqualification: Participation does not guarantee eligibility; organisers may disqualify for rule violations, false information, plagiarism, cheating, or unethical conduct.

4. Submission Guidelines: All submissions must comply with stated guidelines; incomplete, late, or corrupted entries may be rejected.

5. Technical Issues: Organisers are not responsible for technical failures such as downtime, connectivity issues, or platform errors.

6. Intellectual Property: Participants retain ownership of their work but grant organisers a non-exclusive license for competition-related use.

7. Judging Decisions: All judging decisions are final and binding; no appeals or disputes will be entertained.

8. Prizes & Rewards: Prizes may be modified, substituted, or withdrawn; participants are responsible for any tax liabilities.

9. Force Majeure: Organisers are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their control (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics).

10. Use of Personal Data: Personal data will be used only for administering the competition.

11. Publicity & Communications: Participants consent to use of their name, team name, and materials for announcements and promotions

12. Liability Limitation: Organisers are not liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation, including technical failures or prize issues.

13. Official Communication: All official communications will be via the competition website and registered email only.
